Initial assembly and configuration
Commercial vehicles are usually specially tailored to meet the user's requirements.
BUCA has a clear lead over other companies that carry out similar work. BUCA has all the required technical expertise in-house and carries out the following work under own management:
The loading and unloading systems and trailer bodies that BUCA sells are generally completely fitted out in BUCA workshops. We try to keep all assembly and engineering work under own management as much as possible. Operating in this way creates a certain level of standardisation and transparency for users. With crane-tipper combinations, we always try with an external partner to mount subframes cast in one piece to increase resistance to wear and torsion stiffness. The same work method is naturally also used for modifying loading and unloading systems, and trailer bodies to fit a new chassis.
BUCA carries out the following assembly work:
- Loading cranes
- Container unloading systems
- Tail lifts
- Trailer bodies
- Rear-axle assemblies
